The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

First and foremost. Four Seasons Auto Transport did ensure that my car arrived in Florida in a safe and secure manner. There was no damage done to my vehicle. However, communication with Four Seasons was extremely frustrating. It's rare that they answer there phone, and they don't return messages. Or e-mails for that matter. However, I was able to get Seans cell phone number. And once I got that direct number, things started to look up. One negative is I was not provided with any driver information until the day before my delivery. They would not, and could not tell me where my vehicle was at and only that "it would arrive in 7-10 days". Ray, who you are suppose to call in regards to your delivery information was extremely short, and very rude to me. However, Sean was nice and accommodating and ended up giving me the drivers number. Had it not been for early lack of communication, and Ray's rudeness towards the consumer. This would have been a pleasant transport. But...I guess what matters is the driver was fine when he got here, my car was fine, and things were good.
