There was nothing rude about it, nor anything to imply that there was anything wrong with where they lived: The rate will be $1150 for door to door service. Service to El Paso and other “border” locations are very expensive because there is very little freight to those locations. For example, going to Dallas, or Houston would only be $875. Please let me know if we may assist you. Rude? I do not agree.
