First of all this person does not identify himself so that we can properly answer his review, we have sent an email to the email address that appears on the review and are awaiting a reply so that we can answer.
We do not charge anything that the customer does not sign for. it is unfortunate that the customer does not read and particularly this customer who is blaming his negligence on us.
Moving his car has nothing to do with his military status or taking advantage of him.
