We do not recommend Fleet Express Auto Transport LLC. to work with. Any Person, Business or company of any kind should hire or do business with this company. We were hired for this company to move two vehicles from AZ to TX and our contract stablished 5-day payment, well it has taken a month and still did not receive our full payment. Richard Kelly known as the manager on this company and Gary Luger the person shown as contact on our contract NEVER answer phone calls after our job was done, emails or messages. Irresponsive, unprofessional, informal and do not honor written deals. This company and its manager have done enough to our company, we asked more than once to please make the right payment on time not just because it was fair but because we are a veery small business trying to keep it up on these uncertain times. Do not believe on his word, “Tomorrow I will transfer with this app or this other” are just words with no value to keep you waiting for your money and going on circles. Not fair and it is a shame these kinds of companies are on the market making believe their customers they transport their vehicles and offering services while other transportation are the ones will accomplish and not get paid for. I have documented all attempts to contact Richard Kelly to get paid just in case... we did get finally paid on parts after 30 nasty days to try contact these company. Make yourself a favor, avoid headaches and DO NOT HIRE this company. I will give cero out of five but does not have that choice
