Marcello was prompt with the pick up and delivered the car as stated despite a breakdown of his truck for several days. We paid an extra $300.00 for this service. Since this was an open transport, I expected my SUV to be dirty on the outside. Unfortunately, we found the inside of the car filled with debris, a very dirty, soaking wet driver's side floor mat, and dirt smeared seat on the driver’s seat and door. We checked every window before we gave the car to Marcello. Additionally, we are paying $700.00 to repair a broken tail pipe, clean the car and rent a vehicle while the SUV is in the shop. This does not include the cost for replacing the melted bumper where the tail pipe was jammed against it. Marcello also tried to collect more money from my mother-in-law, who received the car at her home. I was really very shocked that Marcello was not honest about the damage to our car. DO NOT TRUST this man. He is not honest. He refuses to make restitution for any of the damages. I am lucky. I can afford to get the repair done. What about the poor person who cannot afford the extra cost? DO NOT use this transport company.
