I had them ship my vehicle from Boston to Orlando on Feb 17th. I had an awful experience with them. First and foremost, I never received an email confirmation on the order I'd placed. I called several times & was given "It's been sent, I will resend", but never received anything in writing from this shady company. I was told they have their own trucks & don't outsource- a lie. My car was delivered 2 days late. The driver expected me to pay him, after I'd already paid First Stop. It was a nightmare. So instead of having them ship my car back, we decided to cancel our service and drive back. On March 12th, I called them and spoke with the owner Chris. I told him I wasn't happy with the fact that the check they sent to the driver for the way down bounced, even after I'd paid them for the trip down already. He assured me the driver would get paid (he hasn't yet- April 2, 2013). I told him I wanted to cancel my service for the return back. He was very polite & said he would refund the credit card I used promptly, but never did. So I had to call the credit card directly to dispute the charge.
