My husband and I relocated from CT to TX. Having never engaged in this kind of transaction before we weren't exactly sure what to expect. I found our sales person, Jon, to be very knowledgeable and attentive. Unfortunately, I think a better job could have been done educating us on the exact process of how a job goes out to "bid" and therefore an exact date for pickup could not be guaranteed. We had run into a minor issue with our vehicle prior to pick up and the dispatcher, Johanna, seemed incredibly put out when I contacted to her to confirm whether or not the truck indeed would be picked up the following day. A move is always an incredibly stressful experience and this was one more stressor that was not needed.

I cannot say enough good things, however, about the company that transported our vehicle. They were on time, pleasant and kept us informed. The driver even came out on his day off to deliver our vehicle since delivery had been delayed a day due to bad weather.

Overall, good company but just don't expect there to be a hard and fast pick up day and time and you'll be good.
