Car was NEVER picked up,but they charged my bank card deposit!

And never gave it back!

Was contacted on dec 23 2014,by Daniel who explained he could se we had requested a transport with another company,if we chose to come to his company he would GARANTEE to pick up our car for shipment on Jan 2 2015,well the day came and gone,and today Jan 16 2015 the car has still not been picked up,even though they have charged my credit card!

They refuse to take responsibility and say they are in full rights to keep the money,course I AM the one choosing to use a different carrier,to get my car here.

How they can even charge your card WITHOUT and actuall service is behond me!

All i can say is the line "you have my word" means NOTHING for theese guys!
