When i heard the rate from Fidelity, I immediately told them to stop contacting me because I had received lower rates from other companies. The salesperson explained to me that the lower rates arent always good and to contact her if I needed her assistance. This was my first time shipping a vehicle so I figured she was using a scare tactic to book me when she said my car would not be transported for the $850 I was quoted (their rate was $1275) After waiting 2weeks for my car to be transported, I finally gave up & called Fidelity to set up my order. They provided me with a contract gauranteeing my rate, which the other company did not. They picked up my car within my pickup window for the rate they orginally quoted me. Should have went with them from the beginning! The customer service was good & they honored the contract, most importantly.
