Ihad a time window when I would be out of the country, and they included that in their planning. After initially giving me a conservative schedule, they suddenly accelerated the schedule and got the vehicle delivered to me between two absence periods, as planned and on-time. the Driver called to update every day and was exactly on time. We agreed to offload a couple of miles from my house as his rig wouldn't be allowed on my road and would not fit the driveway anyway. Everything went smoothly, including Dennis giving me some welcome pointers on starting without flooding the car.
