I used them once previously and it was perfect. However, this time was very poor. The communications were poor, the pick-up was late, we had 1/2 days notice of delivery, the car was filthy, the car was transferred on/off multiple trucks, the driver didn't follow specific written instructions on setting the brake, etc. Especially annoying was the attitude of the phone staff when we had to keep calling to beg for any kind of information on the shipment. And to top it all off, the driver was rude to my wife.
I paid a premium for FedEx and got same level of service a broker provides. The best thing was that there was no permanent damage to the car. Would not use again.
