CLIENTS VEHICLE WAS DISPATCHED 3 TIMES WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE CLIENT. ALL CORRESPONDENCE WAS MADE VIA PHONE AND EMAIL. WE CAN NOT HELP THE FACT THAT THE CLIENT WENT OUT OF TOWN WITHOUT NOTIFYING HIS TRANSPORT COMPANY CONSIDERING HE WAS EAGERLY ANTICIPATING HIS VEHICLE.
