This order was cancelled by FHT due to negligence and poor service of the broker New Way Moving services. FHT was deligent to contact me to confirm the pick-up of my car. But we later found out that the broker gave them a wrong destination city and the should be destination city is not on driver's route. The pick up date that the broker scheduled was the day of our departure and it created a lot of chaos as we need to look for another auto transport company on the last minute. FHT was trying to provide us an alternative way by delivering our car to the nearest city but that city is too far from our city and we're not sure of our arrival date as we will be driving from West to East. Now I'm claiming the refund of my deposit and New Way Moving hesitated to give it back and they are claiming that I was the one who cancelled the order. Armin Hashemi of FHT was kind enough to help me get a proof so I can present it to them and prove them that I did not refuse the services of FHT. I would recommend Armin to my friends for their future move.
