Very Impressed & Satisfied Customer!!!!

I am extremely impressed with the service provided by FHTT Auto Transport. I contracted FHT through a broker and was put directly in contact with them. I contacted Steve (Manager) directly to ask the typical questions when shipping a car cross country. Steve spent half an hour with me on the phone to address my concerns and provided specifics with regards to logistics, expected time of delivery, type of carrier, background of the driver(s), etc. He assured me that he has trustworthy and diligent drivers and is in contact with them when they are on the road. As requested, FHT also provided a copy of their DOT license and Insurance information.

The first driver David who picked up my car was on time, polite and professional. He did a very detailed walk through of my car and explained the paperwork. The day after pick up, I received a call from Susan at FHT and she went through the logistics again and followed up with an email on the same day. 7 days after departure, I called FHT as instructed to find the ETA of my car. I was told that it was 2 days away and the driver will call me the day before delivery. My car arrived 1 day early and at the time Miguel (second driver) quoted when he called me to confirm his arrival. Miguel was very polite and cautious when unloading my car from the carrier. The entire process took 20 minutes!!!!!

I am extremely happy with the service I received from FHT. My car arrived clean, undamaged, no extra mileage and on time! FHT never charged anymore than the quoted price. The driver was great and I am impressed with their customer service as you will always get a real person when you call. I highly recommend FHT and will use them when I move back to Southern California!
