Express did exactly what I needed them to do - pick up my car when I left Ohio, and deliver it to my new address when I arrived in San Diego a few weeks later. After arriving in San Diego, I enquired about when my car would be delivered, and they delivered my car when they said they would. My car was in the same shape I left it once it was delivered - no scratches, dents or any other damage. They also did a great job of answering my questions about what I could leave in the car, and where I should leave it. This was great because I couldn't carry all of my stuff with me out to California. The drivers who picked up and delivered my car were courteous and pleasant to deal with.
