The transporter was quite friendly. However, there were a lot of communication issues via language barrier. Most of the time on the multiple phone calls was spent trying to understand each other and figure out a place to meet. Of course that isn't really the drivers fault. The schedule changed significantly. After setting the pickup date in stone with the service (evergreen auto transport), the driver belonging to a different company (Express Auto Trans of Georgia) being 2 days early called the day of and I had to drop what I was doing and scramble to get to the car. I'm glad I wasn't at work that day. Aside from all that, the driver was very nice, easier to understand in person, and he seemed to know what he was doing. He did explain that San Francisco was a little out of the way and he got a few orders after I made my reservation which somehow led him up there early. He explained and I agreed that these things do happen and scheduling issues can easily be solved through negotiation and flexibility. I'd give this company another shot.
