My experience in dealing with Mark Iori and Expert Auto Shippers was beyond expectations. I initially talked to Mark and told him my needs to ship 3 motorcycles as well as a large box of motorcycle parts from Ohio to New Jersey for export to the United Kingdom. Less than 24 hours later, Mark contacted me with a carrier/driver name, contact phone number, and estimated pick up date. The pick up date was scheduled for a Tuesday evening, the first time it was available to ship, with expected delivery to the warehouse on Thursday afternoon. The driver was prompt, courteous, and very professional in his handling of the vintage motorcycles. Throughout the transport, Mark routinely called me to follow up with any questions or concerns I may have as well as provide updates of the progression of my order.

As the majority owner and managing partner of a company, I can truly appreciate Mark's attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine concern he showed to be sure that his client was satisfied. I have been involved with shipping vehicles as well as other products worldwide for several years and have had many less than desirable experiences. However, Mark Iori and Expert Auto Shippers provided a stellar experience and I look forward to doing future business with he and his company and will be sure to recommend him to anyone I know.
