Can you say OUTSTANDING service! My customer representative named Steve was awesome! Mind you I was coming from another transport broker all aboard auto transport (ny). Read the review under my name and you decide for yourself whose full of excuses. Can I say that? Excuses, that's a bad word in the transport business!
Lets' get back to EXPEDIA TRANSPORT These guys jumped in and began fixing the problem even with the other broker running interference. I was transporting a Hummer H1. It was short notice because of the other guy. EXPEDIA TRANSPORT does NoT charge up front fees just so you know the difference between them and other companies to watch out for. That's important people, trust me! They do their job FIRST and then THEY get paid. Steve came in fearless, evaluated the situation and handled everything like the professional that he is. What I appreciated the most was him keeping in constant contact with me and always giving me an update. At the end of the day, and what was most important, Steve and his team were very capable of handling my transport and addressing all of my concerns. If you have anything difficult/easy it doesn't matter to them and you need a company with a no nonsense attitude these are your guys. My experience with Expedia was great, my truck is sitting here with me, delivered as promised! Thank you guys!
