We had gone through a Company that hired Exclusive Auto to pick up 3 of our vehicles last year. After over 30 days of waiting for Jmac to find a driver they hired Exclusive to pick up our vehicles, My first impression of Phil was he was very disorganized but was also convincing and seemed that he could and would get the job done. After another 30 days going by he said he had our 3 vehicles and would be in Portal SK. on a specfic day after having to resort to threatening him with charges of stolen vehicles as every conversation I ever had with him, or his brother or his wife were all lies....misleading, misguiding and completely dishonest... yes he too has swore at me, told me to stay out of his business and let him do his job, many arguments and disgusting behavior I experienced with him and his family. IN the end he had only picked up 1 of our 3 cars and was actually back at his own home not even planning on picking up our other 2 vehicles as he was apparently broke, and could not pay for the storeage or the towing... so as our vehicles sat in storeage for over 30 days guess who had to pay for that?? That's right we did, we also paid for 2 trips to the states, the first one was when Phil stood us up and the 2nd one was when we hired a 2nd company who actually did pick up our cars after I arranged finding them, paying to remove them out of the places Phil had them in and getting them to secure storage and arranging and paying more tow fees we finally got our cars back 3 mos after our original day of purchase and a loss in the $1000.'s . NO thanks to Jmac or Exclusive.. Phil could never tell me where he was or when he would be at a specific destination or tell me what highway he would even be taking.. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! DON'T BELIEVE THE LIES PLEASE DON'T DO WHAT I DID.
