Truck is missing!! Picked up 38 days ago and still not delivered!!!

Hired broker to have truck picked up in Ga. Dec. 13 2010 it was picked up by this company. As of today, 1/20/2010 my truck HAS NOT ARRIVED... That is 38 DAYS....The company phone number has changed, they lost their insurance for 2 weeks ( from what I was told ). Sending to lawyer, RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
