I usually have trepidation about customer service and things being done when promised but I have to say I am spectacularly surprised and pleased by the speed with which everything was done. From the first contact with Lou at Exceptional Transport until the car was in Texas, there was perfection, the car was loaded and shipped and arrived in a most timely manner with no problems. Everyone I spoke with or dealt with was professional and competent. I recommend them 100%!!!!!!
