1st ever Transport

I was new to having a car moved via transport and had read various reviews of damage and absolute horror stories. After requesting a quote...I received about 20 - not to mention all the phone calls that followed!!! Each one promising they were the best. I spoke to my brother who is a trucker and he told me take all the quotes, average them and pick one in the middle. So that's what I did. I looked at all quotes and chose the ONE that never called and harassed me about how they were the best. In all those endless quotes I received a quote via from Kelly at Exceptional Auto Transport and since she had not harassed me with endless phone calls, I chose them.

I explained my apprehension and she talked to me and explained everything and how it would work, etc. Every time I called or emailed with a question or concern, she was right there to reassure me.

I can see no reason that I would ever use any other auto transport than Kelly and Exceptional Auto Transport again. From beginning to end it was all smooth sailing and I am driving my car today!!

I highly recommend Kelly and all the crew at Exceptional Auto Transport!!
