Delay with a happy ending

I found Evergreen Auto Transport when I looked up transporting a car across several states. They were the first and only inquiry call we made. Adrian was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the information and dicision making process. We signed the contract on line and sent in our deposit. I appreciated the confirmation call that our check had arrived. We always felt they knew who we were when we called. There was some problem getting a carrier for that area, so Jerry became our contact when the days turned into weeks. We believe they did all they could to find a transport driver. We did not let communication break down and our calls were always answered or returned, which was reassuring. Eventually Jerry called to tell us they had a driver with a cancellation and our car would be picked up in a few days. Right on time the driver called when he was picking up our car. It was just a few days later, we talked to the driver and set up a specific time and place to receive our car and our friendly driver, delivered the car, as agreed. From the begining, we thought the price was good and were happy the balance for the service and even after the delay, we would call Evergreen again.
