I called Sharon at Evergreen Auto Transport on a Saturday to arrange a transport of my 2004 Toyota Solara from Marshfield, Missouri to Chicago, IL. She patiently took me through the website and explained the terms and conditions in detail, and ensured that the invoice I was sent accurately reflected the price of the transport, which was a very modest $722. By Monday morning, I received a call from Sharon indicating that the transport was arranged; shortly thereafter, I was contacted by a driver who made sure to work with my father to offload the vehicle in a residential area the next day, as I was not able to be at the drop-off location - he also was accepting of the fact that I moved the drop-off location by about 3 miles (within the same city) as I received late information that the mechanic I originally booked for my engine replacement was no longer available. All in all, Evergreen Auto Transport and Sharon far exceeded my expectations and tremendously lessened the headaches of what was a hellacious escapade - having broken down in a small town on a cross-country trip. I would absolutely use Evergreen Auto Transport and request Sharon should I require auto transport services again.
