Linda with Evergreen Transport did a fine job of filling in most of the blanks… However, it is imperative that a vehicle owner does his homework regarding the standard elements of the shipping industry... Then that person will know the correct questions to ask and answers to give to the broker... Even then, misunderstanding will arise (e.g. the typical price point difference between an operable car & a inoperable car)… Knowledge = Communication = Understanding = Satisfaction…
My carrier was a stand-up guy, who really worked with me to make everyone happy ... I'd use him again in a heart beat...
