Evergreen Trasnport customer service was excellent they gave me real information and Kaylee the agent was very helpful.. The only comment I have was the driver Dan from Kwik Transport inc was late to pick the car up in texas..He gave me 1-5 time frame.then he got delayed until about 930pm..then a storm came through in dallas that night so he had to reschedule for the next morning the 18th. Which i understand. The next morning he had to replace or fix one of the highdrawlics because there was a leak he told me he would be here about 800am..instead it was 1pm..These things happen, I know this was my first experience with shipping a car so I think the next time it will be less stressful. I would reccommend using Evergreen Auto Transport for your shipping car needs the staff was wonderful.
