I enjoyed using this company. They were courteous and efficient. They called back when they said they would and really went above and beyond to make sure that our car found a carrier. Their rate was the lowest rate around (694 bucks..then get 50 dollars back with reveiw from Durham to TX) with additional discounts if we paid with cash and this opportunity for a rebate. I worked with LaShawna and she worked tirelessly to help me understand the process. Haven never shipped a car across country before; it was an overwhelming process for me. LaShawn broke down the different packages I could ship my car with, she explained the system from when I received a quote to exactly how Evergreen Auto Insurance works (as far as getting a carrier and what not). I also spoke with at least 2 or 3 other ppl when Lashawn was not available and also received good customer service. The hold time was never too crazy and when need be; they called back within a decent time. They put me at ease and assured me they were working to find a carrier. Overall, I would use them again. Our carrier called once he received the order, he called again when he got our car, and called again when he was on his way to our home to drop off the car. Our car arrived in the same condition that we left it. Thanks for your help!
