After numerous conversations and quotes with other carriers, I chose Evergreen because of the excellent customer service I received. Linda was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely focused on getting my car to where I needed it as quickly as possible. Within a day or so I had a call that a driver had been scheduled, and the next day he arrived.
Our driver was friendly, professional, answered all of our questions, and let us know exactly what we could expect throughout the move process. My car was delivered on time, it was very clean and in perfect condition. The whole delivery process was fast and easy.
All-in-all, I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Evergreen made the process stress-free for me. I thought the price was reasonable, and very competitive. I would definitely use this company again.
