Sent 4 pallets, lost 1pallet! Sent replacement pallet out. They "found" the pallet after 2 weeks, told noone & delivered both together! We spoke with their customer service who told us that we now have to pay for the return of the FOUND pallet, as OUR cost! We will be using one of your competitors, who actually does their job.
They are not a professional company - AVOID them so you dont experience the poor service we have.
