I ordered 11 fans from Build.com. Build sent them Estes "Express". Estes called and scheduled delivery on an 18 wheeler for Thursday between 11-3. I called @4pm inquiring if they were still coming. It turned out they never loaded my shipment on the truck and they are only in my area on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It was rescheduled for Thursday. Around 1pm on Thursday the driver called and wanted to make sure we would still be here after 3 ...he was running late. @3:45 the driver called back to tell me that I was not on his route and he was taking it back to the terminal. Good luck! I canceled the order and now it is their problem! I reordered and my new shipment is coming UPS 2nd day. Estes you s**k
