Missing Shipment

Home Depot uses these guys. Ordered a toilet online through Home Depot on April 5th, estimated delivery was 10 days. Waited 35 days and finally canceled and had to re-order with shipping through Yellow. Tracking on Estes showed shipment sat at Estes Baltimore and Joiliet, Ill docks for 35 days and then disappeared. Contacted Baltimore and Joiliet and tried working with both sites to get shipment moving. I give the online support some credit for answering my half dozen calls and emails but in the end they were not effective in locating and moving the shipment. For 3.5 weeks of the non-movement it was found they never cut a BOL on it when they received it from the manufacturer for shipment and it probably subsequently disappeared off the dock. I hope whoever ended up with it enjoys their new Toto. In the future will avoid at all costs of using a retailer that uses Estes as their primary shipper. Yellow was great, delivered 5 days ahead of schedule with no problems.
