Good Lord. Absolute nightmare. There were at least four shipping companies involved in delivering four outdoor chairs from out of state. Communication from all four was sorely lacking and always wrong, even when they bothered to contact me. When I questioned the no-shows and misinformation, all they did was point fingers at each other. This was by far the worst delivery experience I have ever had.
