Ordered my item fro Home Depot on 3rd, was not picked up until the 9th. It is now the 20th and they’ve lost my parcel. It’s 74” x 60” parcel that weights about 100lbs. How they lost that I have no idea! Never received an update on the parcel or that it was lost. Please do us all a favor and go out of business, it takes less time to get stuff from China! You have zero reliability and less than perfect track record on delivery.
