My experience with them is horrible. They don't deliver your freight. They subcontract it out to some Fly By Night Gypsy Hauler like Diamond Cargo who does not call you until after the Freight was to be delivered only to tell you that they have not been paid enough by Estes. Once they resolve it they will try and get your freight to you. Meanwhile TOUGH S@*T !!!
