Damage & lack of resolution

Freight was damaged by Estes and/or their subcontracted delivery company. Nothing but a 4 week internal run around between Freight Quote, Estes and their subcontractor with nobody willing to take responsibility. The issue remain unresolved so we are left holding the bag.

Estes has great marketing, great promotional message while on hold but my advise is don't believe it. Customer service is at the bottom of their list of objectives.
