I understand that freight companies can't give you an exact time. Estes gives you sometime between 9 and 5 and then tells you to call back the morning of delivery to get a better estimate. Well I called back twice and was given the same crappy timeframe. The woman "Kristin" on the other end of the phone was not helpful or did she have any suggestions. I was able to get half way through another question before she hung up the phone. Crappy crappy crappy customer service.
