Hidden costs, unreliable and rude

Rude, unreliable and unprofessional. After charging top of market price, but not doing the job ( I had to organize myself assistance to them and pay few hundred to whom they recommended), I called to ask when they will finish the job. Rude abs abusive women in the phone was yelling at me, interrupting and giving me multiple excuses why they are too busy to complete the job, and requesting even more $, on the top of what I already paid + hidden fees. Avoid! Hidden fees + not doing the job + aggressive staff
