Thank you, Rick Chaney, for answering my desperate call on a Sunday. I was at my wits end. I needed to take possession of my dad's truck quickly. I had already paid for three weeks' of a car rental, and the first transport company I talked to completely f%^&&ed me over. He quoted me low and then could never get a driver on board. I straight up asked the guy to be honest and direct - I had a sense of the problem and would have offered more money just to get a deal locked down. The guy made promises, couldn't deliver and then completely stopped answering my calls or emails. I wasted about 5 days of my life and additional car rental money. Rick took my call, gave me a very fair and reasonable price, got a driver scheduled. Rick communicated with me directly and honestly. No bullshit. The truck was delivered on time, even a bit earlier than expected by a very professional and trustworthy driver. So, again - thank you, Rick, for your awesome way of doing business.
