Driver underestimated the time they would get there to pick up the cars. They arrived a day late and we had to re-negotiate pickup times. Cars were delivered 5 days later (time not an issue) to a nearby Walmart parking lot, saying they could not navigate our neighborhood even though other 18 wheelers are able to. One of the cars arrived dirty with oil on roof/hood/trunk but otherwise ok, and the other had a couple of new dents/scratches, which looked like they had mis-operated the upper rack and it hit the roof of the car. Also something happened with the emergency brake not working as before. Damage was minor in nature and I did not want to deal with insurance/claims just glad to have the cars so I let it go. Our daughter at the pickup location remarked later that she wondered if they knew what they were doing as they had a hard time loading the manual transmission cars. Overall, not too pleased with delivery.
