My vehicle was a difficult vehicle to ship and I was trying to ship it at a difficult time. I started out a little low on my price and wish I was a little higher in the early going, before the shippers got extremely busy. Eric was very upfront with me throughout the whole process and allowed me to understand why I was going to need to spend more to get picked up by a shipper. He even went as far as waiving EBid's fee on the transaction so that all the money I was spending went straight to the driver. While it took a long time to find someone and was ultimately more expensive than I wanted it to be, EBid's customer service was great and it ultimately wasn't them that caused those two factors. Much like any other shipping company, they are at the mercy of what the drivers are willing to ship. So even though they wanted to help me get the lowest price possible to ship my vehicle, they had to also help me realize that I needed to raise my price given the market at the time. The shipment arrived one day late; no real hassle for me in the end. It arrived safe and sound and I wouldn't hesitate to seek Eric again for his help in shipping something in the future. He is knowledgable about the shipping market and is willing to work with each customer's needs.
