I would recommend using eBid to anyone in need of a reliable transport company. My vehicle was picked up within the given window despite the breakdown of the initially assigned truck. I notified Eric of the issue & he immediately arranged for my vehicle to be picked up by another truck the following day as scheduled. The drivers were friendly, professional, prompt & handled my vehicle with care. I greatly appreciated the updates provided throughout the transport. The driver called to provide at least an hour notice prior to arrival each time. The dispatcher also did a great job of communicating updates. No gimmicks, price changes or drama! One satisfied customer!
