Hey readers,
This is continuation to my earlier post. After a long struggle over the phone, I found this website and posted my comments "Never keep up their promise". Immediately, within one day, I got a call from Phil apologizing for the late.. will give you the refund.. remove the bad comment from this website.. bla bla.. I said, its fine.. I will remove the comment if you give me the refund of my deposit. Afterwards, I would have called the EZAutomovers atleast 15 times. Still the same thing. If I am calling and not revealing my details to thereception and as if I am a new customer, then I am able to talk to Phil. But then his answer is.. oho.. you still didn't get your refund.. your paypal email is this rt.. I will follow up with my finanace team..bla bla.. Thast it.. nver gets your money. Such a pathetic service. Instead of keeping me hanging like this, they should have told me that we can't give your refund.. because we won't keep our promises.. What a waste of time. I could have save this time for some other good reason. I request you all readers, pls don't go with this company. If everything goes fine at first attempt, then you are very lucky. If anything goes wrong.. thats it.. you are gone case. No process.. No customer service.. Nothing..

I am going to launch a complaint with bbb.org also. Its not the question of $125.. It is the question of keeping up your promise.. I will try my level best to inform more people about my bad experience. I hope this is not the case with all other transporters.

This car was picked up 2 days after it was ready to be picked up. We never guaranteed a pickup date. This is a false review
