On Nov 14,2007 I signed a contract with EZ Auto Movers of Lynbrook, NY to transport to Lakeland Florida my Dodge caraven Van equipped for the handicapped, on Jan2 or3,2008. I paid a $125 deposit. Six calls made on Jan 2 and3 were answered with a promise to return the call with news on the Van Pickup. No return call was ever recieved. Numerous calls made by my son in the next few days were also unanswered . Manny of National Auto Shipping came to my rescue and secured WR Transport to pick up the VAn on Monday JUNe 7. It was delivered on Wed Jan 9. No apology or offer to return the deposit was ever received from EZ Additional medical expenses were incurred as a result of the breached contract. Thank you, Manny of National Auto Shipping and Dick of WR Transport. Incidentally, a person named Rusty of EZ Auto Movers called my daughter Tuesday Jan 15 to indicate they would pick my Van in 2 or 3 Days. Unbelievable!!! The Credit Card Company has been notified and action will be taken.i Don McDonald

we booked a truck to move the van rm motor sport the customer refused the transport 6 days after the p/u should of accured.
