This company sucks!!
Gave me a price to move my car, they couldn't get moved for that price.
After I cancelled my transaction and requested my refund Josefina contacts me with a higher price to move it.

I told her my request to cancel and get my refund was put in a couple days prior she responds that my refund was being processed..

Wow, then communication stops. It's been 10 days no refund!! No emails!! no phone calls!!

Took my deposit and ran!!

Losers!!

EZ Auto Carrier, Inc., refunded this customers deposit. Moreover, the credit card that this customer used was in his wife's name. We were unable to issue a refund within 5 days because the order and all relevant documents were in the customer's name not his wives name. We had to get in touch with his wife to get her credit card information and match the transaction before the deposit was issued. Moreover, we did get a trucker for this customer and his wife called us refusing the trucker. The problem with this order was that we were not dealing directly with James, but rather, a middle person his wife that was unreasonable and verbally abusive! We really do not want to have anything to do with customers that have a very bad mind set. Good Luck to James and we wish you a happy life!
