Last week Thursday I was told by Donna the owner that if I placed $150 directly into a Bank of America account she would be able to start looking for a driver to deliver my car with in 2-3 days. After 2-3 days I called back looking for answers and the receptionist was constantly giving me the run around. I haven't been able to speak to Donna but spoke with a man named Joe, who promised they would have answers for me the next day. When I called back I couldn't get in contact with Donna or Joe its like they disappeared. I told the receptionist that I would like a refund and she placed me on hold and told me ok it would take 1-2 business days. I began to ask her where was the company located and was place on hold for 3 mins for her to tell me that she was just the call center and my refund would have to be mailed to me. Clearly Donna or Joe was there feeding her the answers because after every question I asked the receptionist had to put me on hold. I haven't received my money yet and hopefully they do the right thing and return my money.
