First time using an auto shipping service, and Kim made it easy. I needed to move an auto from Portland to Hawaii, and Kim was able to coordinate a pick-up at my hotel, delivery to the port in Seattle, an ocean voyage and delivery to Honolulu, Hawaii without any issues. A military discount was included, which helped. My car arrived in Honolulu safely and was available for pick-up exactly when Kim said it would be. She emailed me a few times during the whole process to ensure the coordination was all set. Should I need to move an auto again, I plan on using this service.
