This is the first time I've ever transported a personal vehicle and my experience was flawless. I dealt with Nicki at DRM Transport and she was very informative and responsive. My vehicle was picked up on-time in AZ and delivered 6 days later as promised and undamaged in Grand Rapids, MI. The driver, Stephen, was courteous as well. I plan on using DRM in the fall to transport my vehicle back to AZ for the winter months.
