I picked Direct Express after checking on the Web, including BBB rating and report, and have been very pleased with the result. Pick-up was 3 days afterthe earliest pick-up date, and we were notiified the day before, both by phone and by email. The truck arrived on time, and I was notified by the truck operator just before arrival. Arrival in the Phoenix area would be the day before our arrival by plane, but the truck operator offered to hold the car in storage, and pick us up at the airport - at no extra cost. The car was dirty after heavy rain on the way, but otherwise in perfect shape.A very peasant experience in all respects.
