When my quote came back as the cheapest of all the other companies($725 when others were $850-1200), I was skeptical, so I did my online research looking through past customer reviews as well as the BBB, and their rating were GREAT, when the more expensive companies were not. The carrier was assigned within 24 hrs, and the car was picked up in 48hrs. My car was to be delivered from Birmingham to Denver-picked up on Friday, and estimated to be delivered on Monday. I got a call on Sunday from the carrier asking if they could deliver it early, but we were not available. Monday came, and when we called to check the status-it was not being delivered due to Memorial Day, so it got pushed back to Wednesday morning. Booking through Direct Express was quick, easy, and priced Great-the carrier they used had very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them an use them again.
