We had a good experience with Direct. The brokerage that was used was professional and courteous. They called to let me know where they were and when they would be there. They arrived at the destination earlier than expected and on a holiday weekend, but called to make suitable delivery arrangements overall it was a good experience and I would use the service again in the future
